According to the EU public procurement journal the Office of the National Assembly has issued a public procurement tender for the planning of the renovation of the Offices of the Members of the National Assembly (5th District, 19 Széchenyi Embankment). Applicants will have to "prepare plans for the implementation of the renovation of the interior design, electrical and building engineering of the Offices of the National Assembly." Supervision will also have to be provided during construction notes the tender.

In all, 21,284 square metres of the eight-storey building are to be renovated. Submissions to the tender are accepted until 28 January 2021. The design period is five years.
