The new kindergarten was built on the site of the old Reformed church and the school next door. The history of the old church dates back to the 18th century, next to which the Reformed congregation built a school in 1879. The expansion of the church arose at the beginning of the 19th century, but by that time the condition of the building had deteriorated so much that they decided to build a new church. The new church was designed by Csaba Rezső and built between 1938-1941. After the new church was consecrated on Pentecost in 1941, the old one was demolished. The school was maintained by the congregation until 1950, when the institution was nationalized. The building was later returned to the Reformed Church, which preferred to run a kindergarten, but not only was the former school unsuitable for this purpose, it was also in an inescapable condition, so the building was demolished in the early 2010s.

When designing the Source Reformed Kindergarten, considerable attention was paid to what would be best for the children. In addition to the four group rooms, the building also houses a children's library, modern service rooms, a hall full of plants and rooms for individual development. The green area next to the kindergarten on the plot was also renewed.

The 100-seat Forrás Reformed Kindergarten welcomes children from the area from September this year, who can develop in a modern environment and learn about Christian values.
