New information boards have been placed at the busiest points of Buda Castle, the National Hauszmann Program announced on one of its social media pages. The boards help visitors explore this historic part of Budapest.

The boards highlight major sights, museums, restaurants, public toilets, lifts and parking areas. Iconic landmarks only just rebuilt as part of the National Hauszmann Program are also listed, such as the Main Guardhouse and the Riding Hall.

The signs are written in Hungarian and English, as tourists from home and abroad are expected after the epidemic. A total of 10 boards have been erected around the Buda Castle district, which is currently undergoing extensive renovation.
