The fate of the building at 4 Damjanich Street has been settled. The Antal Molnár Music School will move into the property. The building was renovated for the music school in 2019. However, on 8 February 2021, the Erzsébetváros local council awarded it to the students protesting against the transformation of the University of Theater and Film Arts (SZFE).

As previously reported, according to official court documents, the Freeszfe Association operates in Szigetmonostor and was registered in 2021. members of the group placed their emblem depicting a huge palm on the first-floor balcony of the building.

As a result of the scandal that erupted in connection with the case, the association waived the right to rent the building. The local council issued a tender for the utilisation of the building. The tender has now closed, the Antal Molnár Music School can move into the building at 4 Damjanich Street.

The lease of the property to Freeszfe also came as a surprise because the building was renovated for the music school by the previous leadership of the District with the unanimous support of the Board of Representatives. The Antal Molnár Music School has 600 students and currently operates in several locations.
