The 13th District local council created the waterfront community area. In the middle part of Kubala László Park, on the bank of the Rákos stream, the slope was flattened, and a pier was built.

In connection with the renewal of the park, the grass was regrown and perennial plants planted on the slope. According to the local council, a paved footpath has been built in the park in addition to the existing running track.
Similar investments are taking place on the Zugló section of the stream: the first phase has already been completed.

In the constant hustle and bustle of the Egyetem Square in Pest, the students may not even notice the monument that decorates the short section of wall between the church and the central building of ELTE. However, it commemorates their predecessors, the heroes who fought for their country in World War I, and those who heroically helped them. The first design of the dramatically collapsing soldier was born in 1928, ninety-five years ago.
