The construction of the Mol Group's headquarters, the Mol Campus, is in full swing in the 11th district Kopaszi Dam. The contractor Market Építő Zrt.  posted on it's Facebook page that the installation of solar panels continued in December, and the plant wall support structure of the 29-32 floors as well as the facade thermal insulation system behind the plant wall were also designed.

Additional internal elevators were put into operation, and glazing work on the steel structure of the crown began. The installation of the elemental façade on the podium part of the building continued on floor 4-5, and finishing work on the neck member has also begun. In addition, the construction of a small retaining wall system around the building is progressing well. The construction of the skyscraper was announced by the Mol Group in 2017, and the foundation stone was laid in October 2018. The company builds the tower block from its own resources without state support. Earlier, Mol announced that the most modern, up-to-date and innovative office building in the region will be erected. The new headquarters consists of two units, a 120-meter-high tower building and a so-called lower podium building which is 30 meters high. The offices are located on 54 thousand square meters with a gross space of about 84 thousand square meters. 2,500 jobs will be created.

The skyscraper, which will be the tallest building in Budapest, was designed by Foster + Partners, one of the most renowned architectural firms in the world. The office space is listed by KINZO, a Berlin-based interior design firm that has designed the interior of office buildings such as the Erste Campus in Vienna, the Adidas headquarters in Herzogenaurach, Germany, and the SoundCloud office building in Berlin.

The Hungarian partner of Foster + Partners in the elaboration of the plan of the building was FintaStúdió.

According to the investor, the tower house will be built in the spirit of sustainability and a community approach. There will also be gardens and communal areas as part of the building, which will be open to the public, as well as a lookout terrace on the top of the tower block, from which anyone can admire the view of Budapest.
