Several modern buildings in the 11th district would be placed under local protection by amending the relevant decree in the capital. These are the blocks of the Beloiannisz Telecommunications Factory dated to 1962–1963, the former Vertesz office building handed over in 1963, or the residential building on the corner of Fehérvári road, Eszék street, completed in 1960.

In Újbuda, based on professional excavation work, it proposes seven buildings for local defense in the capital. Three of them were built between the two world wars: the residential house at 27 Kelenhegyi road, designed by László Miskolczy, built between 1928 and 1930, the condominium at 7 Mészöly street, designed by Jenő Padányi. The third is today's villa at 38 Meredek Street, partly showing Bauhaus, built in 1940 by the confectionery owner Jenő Vécsey.

Its designer was Ágost Benkhard, who also took part in the design of the office building for members of parliament in Jászai Mari Square. Noel H lived in this house from the mid-1950s until his death. Field is a communist spy who has been used in several Eastern European conceptual lawsuits, including the Rajk lawsuit. He was followed in the house by Pál Losonczi , the chairman of the Presidential Council. The building, which had been dilapidated by the late 1990s, has now been renovated.

The capital plan classified the other buildings in Újbuda marked for protection under the modern architecture of the consolidation era. This includes a residential house built in 1959–60 on the corner of Fehérvári road and Eszék street in the center of Újbuda, for which its designer, Zoltán Gulyás, received the Ybl Prize. The work of Lajos Arnóth and Jenő Szendrői, an iconic block of the former Beloiannisz Telecommunications Factory built between 1962 and 1964, may also be protected.

Experts also found the former Vertesz office building, designed by Jenő Rimanóczy at 108–112 Fehérvári road, handed over to be worthy of protection.  The list includes the condominium at 6 Váli Street, listed by Imre Kiss, which was built in 1971, making it the youngest of the modern buildings. The public will also be able to propose buildings that are considered worthy of protection during a consultation process.
