They are renovating a building again as part of the Healthy Budapest Program. On 13 May, the Capital Local council granted the demolition and building permit required for Semmelweis University for the investment to be implemented in the building below 15 Ferenc square. As stated in the decision on this, the knee wall of the facade of the building under individual protection under the investment will first be demolished and then rebuilt. An elevator will also be set up in the historicist-style educational building.

The building has been used by Semmelweis University for educational purposes since 1997. As the renovation and expansion will take place within the framework of the Healthy Budapest Program, it is considered to be an investment of major importance from the point of view of the national economy.
