As reported in 2020, a lookout tower is being built next to the largest lake in the city, Lake Náplás in the 16th District. The area has been popular among hikers for years, with restrictions in 2020 connected to the coronavirus pandemic encouraging even more visitors to spend their free time in the area referred to as the Lungs of the Suburbs. The 22-meter lookout tower will rise above the tree canopy following a design by Robert Gutowski Architects. Work is being carried out by Fitotron System Kft., which also built the lookout tower on Prédikálószék. The tower is being built aóas part of the Pilisi Parkerdő Zrt. Urban Forest Development Programme and funded by the local council and the Budapest City Council's TÉR-KÖZ development fund.

The lookout tower, will stand on the highest point in the area and offer an unparalleled all-round view of Lake Naplás and the Gödöllő Hills.

Over the last decades, intense development efforts have seen this area transformed from an industrial zone into a residential area bringing new life, and more interest to the forests of Pest.
