Standing on the site of the former Szervita Square parking garage, the multi-purpose Szervita square Building will house shops, offices, flats and parking spaces on a total floor area of 12 500 square metres.

Shops will fill the -1, ground and mezzanine floors, while offices will line the first, second, third and fourth floors. Most of the office space will be used by Diligent Corporation, which is moving its product innovation team to Budapest. Above the offices single-, two- and three-storey flats have been created with roof gardens, pools, and resident-only entrances.

The public will also be able to use the 240-space car park, though some areas will be restricted to residents and workers.

The office building's website claims it has received a LEED Platinum certification. The large windows allow a large amount of natural light to reach the rooms. Power-efficient lifts move people around the building, while a rainwater collection system further reduces the block's environmental footprint.

The former building on the site was designed by István Szabó and Zoltán Jakab (KÖZTI) and served as an office building and parking garage. Built in 1973, it was demolished in 2017.
