At Kálvin Square, the Corvin Quarter and the Semmelweis Clinics stations, the biggest novelties will be the sloping elevators for accessibility, as we have reported a month ago. In addition, there will be such unique elevators at Ferenciek square, Arany János street and the metro station at Nyugati railway station.

In addition to the sloping elevators, the mechanical and power supply systems have already been installed, and the interior design is being carried out at the three stations already mentioned. Furthermore, the restoration of the track space between Deák Ferenc square and Nagyvárad square has been completed, which is essential for the resumption of traffic. In addition, functional tests and tests of the heat and smoke extraction system are ongoing. The three refurbished stations are scheduled to be handed over in May.
