In the first week of May, sports lovers were allowed to try the new running track in the Rózsakert Sports Centre. Next to the Rózsakerti housing estate in Budatétény, the running track of the Rózsakert Sports Centre is 1.5 kilometres long, and the height difference is 19 meters.

Another important sports investment in the district is the construction of an ice tent on the banks of the Danube in Budafok, in the DunaFok Leisure Park. In winter, professional and amateur athletes will be able to use the facility for ice skating and hockey, and in summer, the area will be covered with a special plastic allowing others sports to use it.

The tent has already been set up as part of a trial, and work is still underway within the temporary facility.
